This is beautiful and feels amazing on the skin. The shimmer is the perfect amount. You do not need to be rich in melanin to use this product. I am very fair skin and this looks amazing on my skin color as well. It's very hydrating and absorbs pretty good. I do not like oily feeling, was scared this would feel oily and it was not. I loved it. The smell is great and not overpowering which was a huge plus for me. I love applying this on my legs when wearing shorts, dresses or skirts.

I started using this Vaseline Illuminate Me Shimmering Body Oil a few days ago and I immediately fell in love with it. I'm definitely going to stock up because I never want to be without this wonderful product. A subscription is a must! After I do my daily shower routine, I top it off with this shimmering oil, and the last thing I do is put a little on my cheeks and forehead...instant glow! The scent of this oil is VERY light, almost nonexistent. Plus, the oil consistency is not super thick, which allows it to absorb quickly. The scent is pleasant but not excessively strong, which is a plus imo. It's a thin oil which is good - it doesn't feel too occlusive. Might repurchase after using up other products I have; I think this would be a better summer buy considering the sparkles aren't visible in the winter when I'm suited up in long sleeves and pants all day.
