This product is great EXCEPT it arrived having melted into the cap and has a grainy texture (photo). I opted to send it back and received my replacement today. Unfortunately, it arrived in the exact same condition. The product has melted into the cap and texture is grainy. I will keep both as the product is great but I won't be reordering until they can figure out how to ship their lip balms without it melting. I've ordered other tallow lip balms and they didn't melt during shipping.

We were both horribly disappointed. Upon opening the balm a huge portion was smashed up into the lid. This is defeating the purpose of a lip balm. Also the texture is weird.
