The micro mosaic is also completely handcrafted by melting Italian Smalti glass and then pulling it into long strings of glass that are then cut into tiny pieces and hand placed with tweezers into the base. I got this flosser for an upcoming trip, but it is way to big. Would take up entirely too much room in my carry on. Whats more, the heads on the device do not click into place, which means it leaks and sprays all over. I took the plastic guard off one of the heads and that works better but it still leaks. I have done everything except hammer the heads in, but still, they do not click or twist into place. I cannot vouch for how well it works since I am unable to keep the heads on.
