German Sleeping Bag HoodOriginal button in hood for a German sleeping bag. Many of the wartime bags I have seen usually had one of these hoods with has a spring steel internal framework to form a little tent over your head. The hoods are often damaged or missing. This hood seems to be in overall good condition with a few stains. I don't feel any issues with the spring steel supports. The wool liner is still nice. All around this is a nice example to complete a sleeping bag.

Unfortunately, I am now experiencing the displeasure of ordering and receiving the incorrect item 2x. I ordered the HU816Z and ended up getting the HU816X Which is NOT what I'm looking for as it DOES NOT come with a drain plug, which you need to replace each oil change as it's a plastic disposable piece. you are running a terrible risk of reusing a plastic piece. If they can guarantee you are getting what you actually ordered that would be great, but you can't. Really disappointed to see this is now a common thing for something that should be easy as pie to complete. Amazon needs to take a closer look into this! When I originally ordered this this was my first review: "Don't waste time with anything else, this is super easy, replace all the seals, filter and plug in one go. No brainer if you have an F30 328i."

They send the X kit not the Z

took away 1 star due to getting the X kit and not the Z. The filter is the same and works fine, the difference is the X kit includes a metal washer for the oil drain plug and the Z kit includes a new plastic drain plug so depends on your model. I have a 2015 4 series and the filter is great and works great, been using them for 5 years but I also buy packs of the oil drain plugs since they never come included
